    ツレがヴァポレット乗り場でカバンを紛失。ホテルのスタッフがすぐに警察へ連絡してくださり、翌日無事に戻ってきました。対応に心から感謝します。 お部屋にはしっかりしたエアコンがあり快適。8月なのになぜかセントラルヒーティングも動いていましたが、エアコンの勝利で、室內は終始ちょうどよい溫度でした。素敵な滯在をありがとうございました。

    When we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances,the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade. It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.

    No hot water they say the issue since days and u cab contact 訂房網站 to cancel and ask for refund , no amenities like soap or shampoo Unclean room and door hand was broken don’t worth 1$

    Добрый день! В Венеции останавливались на две ночи, выбрали этот отель из-за расположения! И не ошиблись! Мы приехали на жд вокзал, вышли, сразу налево, пять минут и мы на месте! Никаких лестниц по пути, никаких узких улиц запутанных, очень удобно! Нас сразу заселили, комната небольшая, светлая, постель чистая. Туалет и ванная были общие, не в номере.Чистота там на троечку. В остальном, если нужен отель переночевать, подойдёт) Все достопримечательности мы посетили пешком! Всё рядом, Венеция прекрасная!

    No hot water. Air con was not working. Plenty of mosquitoes. No elevator, the lady at the counter helped carrying luggages to the third floor though. Only good thing there is location, close to the train station.

    체크아웃 시간에 늦은건 잘못이나 여자친구가 옷갈아 입는데 문을 벌컥 열고 빨리 나오라고 재촉함. 항의했으나 cctv도 없고 그런적없다고 발뺌하는데 어이거 없었습니다

    良い點 電車のチケットを印刷したいとお願いしたところ、快く引き受けてくれた。しかし印刷の品質は良くなかった 悪い點 部屋にハエが飛んでいたり、シミが多く清潔とは言えなかった
